Nope, even jtags need the hard drive with the Xbox 1 emulator. That is the only way you will play Xbox 1 games on the 360.
 
As InsaneNutter said, but considering how extremely cheap Original Xbox games are nowadays, I don't see why anyone would want to pirate them.

I don't pirate games, all my Xbox 360 games, PS3, PS2, Xbox, etc are all genuine.
