Pokemon GEN3 Legit Event Pokemon Save [Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed & LeafGreen]

If the pokemon were in fact generated directly, then it is possible I simply have a bad implementation of the algorithm. Here is the algorithm as I understand it from Bond697.

seed = 0 -> 0xFF
pid = (randA() << 0x10) | randB()
pid = pid & 0xFFFF0000
pid |= (pid >> 0x10) ^ tid ^ sid
pid &= ~0x7
pid |= randC() & 7

iv1 = randD()
iv2 = randE()
otn = randF() / 3 % 2 where 0 = SAPHIRE, 1 = RUBY

female = otn == 1

Here is my repl implementation: https://repl.it/GYEJ/2
Please let me know if there is an issue.

All Zigzagoons due to invalid PID/IV/OTG/OTN combinations except for:
8C15FA7C, 76C900A0, and A344D529

Also as a note, I checked several of the zigzagoons in the berry glitch sav file, and the vast majority were hacked. I stopped checking. Keep in mind there are less than 256 unique berry glitch zigzagoons per TID. I attached a file with a list of all PIDs.

That's impossible. I'm going to keep an older version of the 'Hacked' Pokemon because that tool doesn't work. I sat here for many hours using my actual GameCube Demo disk to generate all of those Zigzagoon. I know for a 100% fact not a single one of those is hacked.

"Obtained from the Japanese Pokemon Colosseum E-reader Cards, English versions have been obtained by trigger_deaths,"

2 of those sets are my personal Pokemon. I obtained them myself using my own personal cards/hardware. The ones by Trigger_Death were ones he uploaded to PPorg and I purified. He used an emulator. The other set were from Zerbe92 who used official hardware as well.

Ive generated 30 Zigzagoon myself and all show up as hacked, so I have restored that save to the main post. Certainly the checking methods don't seem 100% at this point.

The main casualties are really the JPN Pokemon sadly, which are by far the most rare too. However theirs now an archive of the last version of the save before the cleanup on the first post.

''Box 12 - American / European / Australian Event Pokemon:

Mystery Mew (6x) - This Mew was distributed at Toys "R" Us stores in the United States on September 30, 2006 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. It was distributed to celebrate the English release of Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.

Note: We have since obtained multiple Mew Distribution Save Games from the Pokemon GEN 3 Mystery Mew Event. Nintendo used a standard Pokemon Fire Red game cartridge loaded with boxes of Mystery Mew, which would be traded to people at the event''

The 6 Mystery Mew found in Box 12, are they exactly the same as the ones found in the Mystery Mew Distribution Save?

I've released another update to the save, I want the Pokemon in this save to be as legit as possible and for us to be able to trace back the origin of as many Pokemon as possible.

With that in mind I have personally caught the ticket event in-game Pokemon, along with the in game event Pokemon. I have left the RNG shiny Pokemon at the bottom of the box and moved any other in game events to the overflow save.

Southern Island Event:
Latias (2x), One caught by InsaneNutter with the OT Digiex, the other an RNG shiny
Latios (2x), One caught by InsaneNutter with the OT Digiex, the other an RNG shiny

Old Sea Map Event:
Mew (2x), One caught by InsaneNutter with the OT Digiex (Unreleased English Event), the other an RNG shiny from the JPN event.

AuroraTicket Event:
Deoxys - Caught by InsaneNutter with the OT Digiex

Navel Rock Event:
Ho-oh (2x), One caught by InsaneNutter with the OT Digiex, the other an RNG shiny
Lugia (2x), One caught by InsaneNutter with the OT Digiex, the other an RNG shiny

For the sake of having a complete collection the following in game event Pokemon have also been included, all caught by InsaneNutter on Pokemon Emerald with the OT Digiex

Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Regirock, Registeel and Regice

I have also cleaned up the Eng Event box, theirs now only Mystery Mew as the other 399 out of the 420 possible to obtain are in their own save, so it seems pointless having more than one in the main save. We also have a 4x Zigzagoon, A male and female both with the OT RUBY and SAPHIRE. HaxAras has distributed a save full of 14 boxes of Zigzagoon if people wish to have more to choose from.

The 6 Mystery Mew found in Box 12, are they exactly the same as the ones found in the Mystery Mew Distribution Save?

Yes, we have 399 out of the 420 possible Mystery Mews. However see the changes above for that box now.

@InsaneNutter can you correct the E-READER Mon info? One Japanese set belongs to Serve who made his public. The English set by Trigger_Death was purified be me from a save he made public. The other English and Japanese set were obtained by me using official hardware. I know for a fact Zerbe used official hardware and Trigger_Death used an emulator.

FYI 10 Aniv Surf Pikachu never existed as far as I can tell. I removed it from bulbapedia as to prevent further confusion and give cause for scamming.

That's interesting to find out, could well explain why that's the only Pokemon from the Journey Across America event we could never obtain.

Hello everyone!

I am new here I just made an account,

I would like to say this is an incredible discovery and your dedication is admirable

I stumbled here in my endless search for a legitimate way to get the Aurora/Mystic Ticket and the old sea map

I noticed the save file has both the Aurora & mystic ticket, are they genuine tickets from someone that actually got them from the event or are they from an external action replay like device?

Does anyone have the Old Sea Map? I would love to be able to soft reset for my own shiny mew.

I also intend to soft reset for shiny lugia & Ho-Oh

Thank you so much in advance

You can use Mystery Gift Tool to inject the GEN 3 event wondercards in to your save game, this would be the same as you obtaining the event from Nintendo back in the early 2000's. The Pokemon community put a lot of work in to obtaining these unused events so a tool could be made for all to enjoy the events all these years later.

If you look in "Box 9 Game Event Pokemon" of this save i have obtained all the in game event Pokemon, however you can use the above tools to obtain your own, with yourself as the OT.

Hey, just wondering, would the RNG'd shinies, like the faraway mew or the latias have any proof? like the seed and stuff found to encounter it as it is? Please reply if you do!

Maybe i missed it, but can someone please explain me the details of the Pokemon found in this folder: ''Pokemon Fire Red GEN3 Legit Event Pokemon 19.03.17 - Overflow and Trades''. The ones found in the ''Trades'' save.

Not beyond @Sabresite going thorough the save checking the Pokemon we had we're legit, removing any which were not sadly not. The RNG Pokemon were contributed by someone on PP, ill have to go back though my messages on there to workout who it was.

This is the in game trades for Fire Red / Leaf Green, obtained from English, German, French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish games.

The Mystery Mew save has been updated with the recently found Mystery Mew by @Invader TAK via zeropain. It's PID is: C6B58F2D

I'm just amazed the MYSTRY Mew I got ended up being one of the missing ones. I've had it since I managed to make it to Toys R Us for the original event. Also glad Emerald's cloning glitch preserves trash bytes because I ABUSED that glitch back in the day.

Does MyBoy use the .sav file format? you will need to set it to use a 128k save and not 64k which is probably the default.

Umm.. So I loaded the save file onto PKHex and surprisingly enough it flagged almost all the pokemon in the boxes as not legal by stating that it couldn't match it to the mystery gift database.. How does this work?
I believe that all the pokemon are legit and how did you guys go about checking whether these pokemon are legit?
