Ten years after launch and the Vita has another system update, 3.74.
Download:
Download PS Vita Firmware 3.74
Unzip it to get PSP2UPDAT.PUP, then install it from the Vita's Settings > System Update > Update by Connecting to a PC, or from Safe Mode if the console won't start.
If you use homebrew, check your hack supports 3.74 before updating, as there's no official way back.
Update: 3.74 turned out to be the last Vita firmware. modoru can take a hacked Vita back down to an older firmware.
