Personally, this looks too bootleg-ish to be authentic, though, the rear part does seem to be real.

Waste of money if you ask me. If sony improved then i would get it. But i dont see a difference. So ill stick to the old slim.

Could be a new model, Sony is know for releasing smaller revisions of there console.

Of course it will not be any more powerful than the PS3's out at the moment, hardware improvements like that will not appear until the PS4.

Going by past PS3 revisions it will probably loose features...

Don't see how it will lose more feature than the current PS3 already did, Sony doesn't really like to add useful features to their consoles by the looks of it.

Well, the 2K model to the 3K model, the feature it lost was having HD via RGB. They flat out removed that feature in hopes it would boost TV sales and HDMI cable sales. So the only way to achieve HD with the 3K model is via HDMI. I don't imagine this one being any better.

Well it's all for cost reduction, like when they removed most of the eject/access LEDs in the latest PS3 models, must say though I'm not excited about this new model and the (PQ) images shown so far do really make it look like one of those knockoff console, if it does turn out to be legit though whoever's idea it was to go with a ridged top wants sacking :@

Ah yes, my PS3 Slim has the LEDs but watching some videos with PS3 Slim models more recently really looked unnatural, I mean, they didn't show up the LED lights. It does kinda suck for those people.
