Remember to register your Xbox One

Just a quick reminder to register the serial number of your console on https://myservice.xbox.com.

I have just done mine and have got a few extra months on the standard 1 year warranty. If you'r Australian it appears to be giving people an extra year (maybe 2 years is a standard over there?)

Worth doing anyway just in case.

1 year is standard here in Australia. Always have to pay for an extra year (or longer) on things (where i am at least). No idea why it's giving us Aussies an extra year. Probably just a glitch in the system, or maybe it's them being kind to us Aussies with the fact we get a lot less of the promised features. Either way, i really dunno.

This is great in case the system runs into any kind of hardware issues like E303.

You'd think Microsoft would've been more careful this time around knowing how chaotic Xbox 360 was during its early days of console hardware problems.
