RGH Avatar and Kinect update

Just built an image in xeBuild for dash 16197. Install dashlaunch 3.03. Downloaded the update and extracted $systemupdate. Renamed to $$ystemupdate and put on usb flashdrive. Booted console, but all I get is there is unavailable update for kinect. Please connect to live to get this update. The USB flashdrive is formated to FAT32. This console is a Phat Jasper 16mb. Can't seem to get it to install the avatar and kinect update.

Help ?
 
Change the Folder name to "$SystemUpdate" And then pull it on your USB Drive and Plug it to your xbox , are you sure by updating ? Use Dashlaunch for update better
