Media Go 2.8 is the September 2014 build of Sony's media manager for Windows. It organises your music, video and photos, rips and burns CDs, runs a UPnP media server, and moves content between the PC and a PSP or a Sony Ericsson or Xperia phone. Build 303 is the one to grab if you want the 2.x line.

Update: 2.8 turned out to be the last of the 2.x releases. Sony has since discontinued Media Go, and the online services that were part of it no longer work; the local library, ripping, burning, conversion and device transfer are what's left.

- Run Media Go Setup (v2.8.0.303).exe and let it install.
- Plug the PSP or phone in by USB (on a PSP, choose USB Connection first) and Media Go shows the device and its contents.
