It's cool with me to see ads on the 360 dashboard, but ads during the game I'm playing? Sorry, hell no. Another reason I'm not updating my PS3 to a new firmware, it currently has 4.11 'cos I kept fooling myself Sony would actually release some God damn decent feature, but never happened.
If the game is free then maybe, however to be honest i don't see myself playing any game that does this even if it was free.
It is now confirmed that Sony has the patent for this service. I agree with InsaneNutter, I would probably not play a game that had ads in that regard. The game would have to be very, very good and free to even be considered. We'll see where Sony takes this idea.
