And here I thought it was a pain in the ass for me to hit 40K. I can tell some of those 360's are other regions as you definitely won't reach 600K with one region. Seems sorta cheap but I suppose that isn't my call.

Pretty crazy how in every game he owns that I do, he has more achievements in it except Sonic 2.

He's probably got one from each region there as he has a load of JPN games on his gamercard, nothing wrong with that i don't think as games such as Japanese Gears of War 2 have various different achievements to the English version.

Did you not realize he is holding 5 consoles? You can't possibly assume all of those consoles are from the same region. You can get achievements from JPN games as long as you have an NTSC-J console.
