the one with all the friend's list menu pictures

Here's how to get them:

Step 1: Turn on your Xbox 360
Step 2: Connect to Xbox Live
Step 3: Buy it for 250 Microsoft Points

Sorry, uploading this would be illegal and besides it wouldn't even work. (Console / profile locked)

As SplitTongue suggested, you're best bet is to create a custom theme which you'll make yourself.
