There is a house in hyrule town i can´t get in to. It has a yellow roof and 2 doors. one on west side of the house is locked and the other one on east side is open. There is a heart container and few treasure chests. Does anyone know how do I get in?

If you're talking about the Library, after a certain point it gets blocked off and you can never re-enter. If you're talking about the hotel on the other side of town, if you can't get in yet just play some more of the game and you will gain access later.
