It took me over an hour yesterday to claim them because their site was getting hammered while trying to use the checkout.

For a company that makes billions, these issues with EGS should be ironed out already.

Epic isn't some newbie that knows nothing, they're well aware of everything around them.

Also, who owns the Unreal Engine? They do.

Anyway, I had to try about 5-10 times to try to claim these games and finally got 'em, but only two appear in transaction history while one doesn't (although it is in my EGS library as I checked via the PC app – For some reason it's in black and white).

Inexcusable for Epic to have all these problems with their store.

I've never used their store before, and would never buy anything from them after seeing how problematic it is.
