it might have a virus mate.my mums old laptop running win xp 32bit done that quite a few times if u have a backup disk if not u can download it on the internet somewhere.
Film the laptop booting up then play the video back and pause it to read what the message says, it could help us determine whats wrong. The error message you have: "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" can be a right pain to diagnose, usually after swapping various bit of hardware about on a PC I find its been caused by bad ram or a faulty motherboard.
Personally i've gotten that same blue screen you have from having Kaspersky as my anti virus while trying to use Orb. Kaspersky thought that Orb was a hacker trying to get my files so it made it go to the blue screen. Of course I don't think that is the problem here as I was able to completely start up the laptop. Have you tried to completely shut off the laptop with the disc inside and then boot it up?
boot up just tryed to boot-up with laptop off with back up disk in,when turned back on it says its loading files in then it goes back to that blue screen lol, turn it off and back on i get this screen http://img693.imageshack.us/i/19092010585.jpg/ i done both options, then it just goes back to blue screen ?????????????????
Go in to the laptops bios config and make sure its set to boot from CD before the hard drive. You can usually do this by pressing delete, F2 or F12 when you first power the laptop on (it should say on the screen).
Do you have a proper Windows 7 DVD? The image you posted here: Imageshack - 19092010585.jpg is what appears after windows has failed to start a few times. You should be able to boot off a proper dvd and re install Windows 7.
laptop window 7 was allready in when we got laptop mate, its away getting sorted now, phoned help line up told them what was going on,said it sounds like hd fail, its a new one so nout to pay
