I know there's been a lot of activity and rant about region issues on Digiex, with the whole Electronic Arts and delayed worldwide releases but Ubisoft I think has now well and truly taken the crown as one of the most backwards and stupid Pubishers to exist.
Full Story here: South Park game censored in Europe - BT
Basically, South Park has always been strictly adult TV / Games, the jokes are extreme and to be honest usually enjoyed by adults who aren't overally sensitive.
However, Ubisoft when releasing the European version have decided to cut content which they deem 'unsuitable' while leaving the content in the US version. They won't give specific reasons, but it's likely to due with either Germany (who are terrible with game releases, No Gears of War or Dead Rising for them) or due to the fact to save money they class Europe under 'EMEA' which covers Africa and the Middle East (regions which are usually pretty backwards with most human issues - ie: some parts of Africa give death penalty to gays and parts of the Middle East refuse to give proper rights to Woman). As such, either due to Germany, Africa or the Middle East, adults across Europe now get a censored game (at least on consoles, luckily for PC users Ubisoft is just doing one worldwide release digitally which has no blocked content).
So, in 2014 not only do the odd publishers fail to give worldwide releases in all major regions, but we now have censored content entering Europe (espically the UK) which are some of the most liberal country's in the world - heck even America is usually more backwards on the specific concerns Ubisoft have!.
Do yourself a favour and boycott it, or if you really want to enjoy it not that I approve of piracy, but I'd push to import the US copy if you can else just get it via 'other' means. Ubisoft EMEA do not deserve your money!
