Anyone know what movie the speech in this tune is from? Around 1:08 - 1:50 in the attached MP3.

The film was about a drug dealer from America who comes to England to try and sell a new drug.

Must have been a few years ago when it was released, this tune reminded me of it now I just cant remember the name

Its the speech Samuel Jackson makes when throwing the new drug to a club of ravers.
