I was a late starter to consoles, however my first was a GameCube in 2002. If we include handheld consoles i had a GameBoy Pocket in the 90's and got the GBA in 2001 i believe. Before that i was always a PC gamer, now its mainly the Xbox 360 at the moment if im honest.
First? Damn, parents bought us an Atari 2600 in a year I can barely remember, it was either '79 or '80. Then in '83 we got an Atari 400 computer. Didn't get another console until 1988 and that was an NES.
When I was 5 and my Sister 4 our grandmother gave us this for Christmas... Lmao! Next was an Atari 2600 which I thought was amazing.
I can't remember my first either as we only had it for about 2 months. It accepted tapes but it hardly ever worked so my Mum and Dad got rid of it. That was probably about 1989. My first proper console experience was the Mega Drive in 92 and I loved it. Major reason being Sonic, I still play the games today and never get bored of them I think I got my Gameboy in 1993 and played Tetris to death
If I remember correctly, it was a pirated cartridge console that would play pirate carts. The games were a lot of fun. And then, NES. A few years later, Sega Mega Drive. Then in 2000, PS2 but the disc laser kept on failing so I sold it to GameStation (the laser disc worked actually there) and got Xbox Crystal (which I no longer have). I have various consoles now, but my favourite's Sega Mega Drive Model 2 (2x copies complete-in-box).
If i remeber when i was really really little we had a sega but i never was able to play it. when it broke we got a ps1 (the same thing that put sega out of a job) i had really great memory's of that little thing we then got a ps2 then a computer and now a ps3
