You would just be removed from the beta, thats what happened to people who leaked video footage of Kinect with there gamertag on back when it was in beta.

In my opinion its piratically a public beta anyway, i mean anyone can sign up for it with no screening what so ever. It was not a hard beta to get to, when I got in to the Vista beta back in the day that took a lot of doing.

Edit - news post over at Xbox-Scene that should clear a lot of the roamers up: Beta Dashboard Flashing DVD Drives, XGD3 Halo Reach Discs, Russian AP2.5 Patches

Yet again I think if someone leaks it and gets kicked its there own fault, I just wanted to say I don't blame xXXBOXxHACKERXx for removing the download for the fact the one I loaded on my test console (spare console not in the beta) could get online I can see that being a problem If it was like the kinect beta dashboard and blocked live access then it wouldn't really be so bad. just my opinion
 
Lol, Yes i do have Windows 8. I'm not a liar. I don't need to lie about something. Yes, I am in contact with people who work inside. I didn't like your previous post claiming that I'm only here when dashboards leak. To be honest, I only come here to discuss the new dashboards. Due to your cheek I will now leave the forum. I will not be coming back here.

Damm Australians Never Get Anything No Beta Updates,No Xbox Live Rewards,No Early Release Games And Consoles, ect ect but if someone could upload this update that would be great!

PS: Will Australia Get Avatar Kinect??
