    Anytime an update is refused, whether it's System or Game, you'll always be signed out of live and can't sign back in until you finally accept it.

    Email the Xbox Live update Admins. They will sort you out. Were you even in the beta program to begin with? If not, stop now since they have logs of who was accepted in the first place.
