Hi there
Jus rediscovered the joys of an xbox360
Acquired an rgh one and am looking for the latest xmplayer or like to watch movies from the hdd

Preciate any assistance

I've updated the post for XMPlayer to include a download for XMPlayer 0.0.4, this was the last released version for the Xbox 360 back in 2013.

Another wee query - got it running OK but soon as load a movie get red screen - avi - mp4 - and mkv

Am I going wrong somewhere

Have it in a home brew folder on hd and launched it from latest dashlaunch

Again any help would be preciated

I'm not sure about that unfortunately, could possibly be an issue with video encoded with newer versions of codecs perhaps. Xmplayer hasn't been updated for almost 8 years.

A Jtag / RGH Xbox 360 is not really ideal for video playback, your better off with something like a Raspberry Pi 4, which can play just about any video file you throw at it with LibreELEC.
