"Unplayable Content" error with .mp4

    Anyone can help me with this?
    Im using the System Media Player to play a .mp4 file, i might just convert it to another format.

    You need to download the optional media update to play MP4, Divx and XviD on the Xbox 360. If the console is not Jtag or RGH hacked connect to Xbox Live and download the update.
