Dance Central Beta Download

Information:
This demo doesn't require a modified console.

To burn more than one demo to an CD/DVD just download all the demo's you wish, then add all of them into a folder called "0000000000000000" Create it manually. Secondly, create another new folder called "Content". Now move folder "0000000000000000" into folder "Content". Should now appear like this. Congrats, if it does then your ready to burn. Read below for more instructions on how to burn.

To Inject this to an Xbox 360 hard drive or Flash drive just copy the contents inside the RAR file into "Content" / "0000000000000000". If more than one simply repeat the process.

Note: From what I can tell this beta require's the new Kinect dashboard.

P.S = Currently this download has the same utility of a penguin in Hawaii

Everything has a use for someone, and personally this is cool to play around with. Who knows, may still work when Kinects come out and then you have an early demo under your belt.

I'm pretty sure the beta is console locked.

This will likely only ever work on a jtagged console once the new kinect dash is released, however its a great thing to save for the future.

it took forever to download but when i go it downloaded i go to extract it winrar says the file is corrupt.

Sounds like your download didn't finish. If your using Firefox or Chrome, you should be able to resume the download at the current position your in and download the rest.

As for the speed, it depends how busy the download server is, and/or your location. The download server is based in Europe, and is pretty busy. Seems were providing it to you for free, we cant offer you anymore, it already has a dedicated 100mbit connection!

Sometimes a bit of appreciation is nice, instead of just complaining about the speed on a free service

do get me wrong im super appreciative that this is here i was just posted about what happened to me. It was in firefox and it said it was downloaded completely.

Yeah, don't ask me why but download'ers in Firefox and some other browsers report the file is done, when it has a connection error. Its not just a problem here at Digiex but overall, they can't seem to handle a connection error without just giving up and claiming its working. Seems a bit silly, but such is life

Sounds like your error may have been related to earlier when we had to reset the web server for a few seconds, so if you start it could you should be able to download it all.

so you would recommend chrome to download.

thanks also if you open it in modio then you can extract the xex and test on jtags.

Can this be played on a xbox with the old dash or just with the kinect dash? And how do we play it withoug Kinect?

I think this is here on account of novelty moreso than playability... I wonder if using it with Kinect (when it comes out) will trigger a ban...

I followed the instructions and burned it to a dvdr. It shows up in my dashboard as mixed media disc and doesn't play.
Has anyone tested this?
Am I doing something wrong?

It mentioned at the start I wouldn't need a modded console. Ive burned demos to disc and played them just fine before. This one doesn't seem to be working.
Do I have to mod my console for this to work?

ya but besides even on a modded console fully extracted in modio it wont start like all other xbox 360 kinect betas and needs a connection to xbl, once connected and wasting a keyvault for 3 hours it still wont work because microsoft blocks all betas from wrking now. WE NEED A FORECLOADED XEX!

Is it possible to have the Dance Central demo and the Your Shape demo from the Kinect Adventures DVD ?
