Halo 3 ODST has just been released and Left 4 Dead 2 will be out in a couple of weeks. Are they any other big games out this year? Compared to last year I really can’t name many games I’m after this fall.
well Ghostbusters comes out on the 360 in October. Other than that the only other big game I can think of is Modern Warfare 2 in November. There are probably more but those are the only two I am really looking forward to.
Just checking my Gameplay order I have: Mario & Luigi 3: Bowsers Inside Story, Scribblenauts, Borderlands, Dragon Age: Origins, Brutal Legend, Assassins Creed 2 and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Cancelled New Super Mario Bros Wii as I don't know whether I'd enjoy playing it or not (it also comes out this year).
Out of those games you have on order, how many of those will be placed in your console once, and how many more than once?
Just looked some of them games up, the New Super Mario Bros Wii game looks pretty good, says it has 4 player co-op. Re instate that pre order and get rid of Brutal Legend
I'm most looking forward to: Assassins Creed 2 Guild Wars 2 Hydrophobia Thief 4 Lots of sequels are planned for the late end of this year but by the sound of it, Guild Wars 2 and Thief 4 might be pushed back until next year. Hydrophobia sounds like an interesting game but unfortunately, according to its Wikipedia article, the game will no longer be available for PC and the PS3 and instead it will be an exclusive for the 360. It will also be released as episodes instead of a full game (as originally planned) apparently.
Some games I am looking forward to this year: Modern Warfare 2 Assassin's Creed 2 Borderlands Dragon Age Origins Brutal Legend Uncharted 2 Operation Flashpoint 2 (Just came out the other day) God of War Collection (Remake of the first 2 games) Left 4 Dead 2 Rogue Warrior The Saboteur Darksiders Demon's Souls (Also just came out) I am going to be very poor by the end of the year . O well, the price of being a gamer i suppose.
Just to add one game to my own post, Tekken 6. Im not really big on fighting / beat em up games but I have always quite liked the Tekken series.
