Digiex Ftp Help

Hi,
Well heres the problem, When you goto e.g. FlashFxp and goto Digiex Ftp, User:upload
Pass:upload

After you login its supposed to show like the Loads of folders and xbox 360 demos and all the downloads from digiex. But this is what it shows for me.

Whats Happening?,,, Help...... Its Killing me.

Thats cause it's the public login for the Digiex FTP. It won't show you any of our demo's. Its basicly there for uploading things, then once done uploading you notify one of the admins or myself. One of us will move it in the the public FTP, so that it can be download. Everything uploaded to that account can't be downloaded until its moved.

Wait so does that mean I was admin last time?

We have never had public ftp access for all the demos, the FTP is for people to upload to only.

All downloads are on the webserver so FTP is not needed.

But i did once. i typed in ftp.digiex.net and then the user and pass and then it showed all the index of digiex and thats how i found out about your website

Oh yes i get what your saying now, when the downloads were hosted on the same server as the website you could view all the folders for the downloads we had by logging in to the ftp anonymously, however you couldn't see the contents of any of the folders except the patches / maps for Unreal Tournament 2004.

A lot has changed since then, all the downloads are now http links and not FTP links, this allows people behind restrictive firewalls to download our content and also allows us to stop people hot linking the files directly.

The only public FTP account active is the one to upload content you want to post up in the download centre.
