QJ report earlier today, a bunch of Halo: Reach screenshots were posted on the EB Games website. They've since been pulled, but luckily there are still copies of them floating around the 'net. Check 'em out below.
Great find! i'm looking forward to this! Made this front page news as we haven't exactly been great with news lately!
Is that a new enemy in the third picture? Glad to see they've improved on the engine as the graphics look great in them shots. Plus we're back to fighting the Elites and not the hairy gorilla Brutes yay!
There is no way it could, MGS4 took the whole dual layer disc about 50 gigs worth, they can't fit it onto the disc and disc swapping is just annoying. This game will probably be about 6.8GB, thats what these games average out to be.
ay true true but there are other options on the table. Such as one disk for dumping to the hard drive and the other disc to be just playable. or a ecternal blu ray drive but we all kno bungie jus loves money so they wont invest in a project like this...
Doesn't PS3 have some like exclusive deal with Blu-Ray? As far as dumping one to the hard drive, that can't really happen because the people with arcade consoles.
Forza 3 has an optinal install for some extra graphics at night or something doesnt it? would never be mandotry as DarK Scyth says... tomany 360's dont have hard drives.
Though the idea isn't bad at all, Xbox has just made too many complications for it to actually happen. They need to create a Blu-Ray equivalent disc or to be able to buy a game on a flashdrive or something, around 7GB just isn't enough for Next gen games anymore.
Is this Unreal Engine 3? If not, they sure did a positive engine overhaul there. I usually don't care about graphics as long as the game makes the best out of it's technology, yet all Halo games had strange empty rooms that could have been filled up with nice eyecandy. Glad they improved on that part, this is going to be the best Halo ever!
The news has been a little lacking lately hasn't it . This is definitely Front Page worthy! I think that enemy in the picture there is one of the older versions of the Jackals. Keeping in mind, this takes place before all of the other Halo games, so the Covenant may have looked a little different than the way they did in the first Halo.
