need help with transfer cable

ok so im on 2.0.9199.0 dash and i have a transfer cable. every time i add anything to the 000000000000 folder (xex, nxe2god) it wont appear in game library. is it possible to run apps on untouched 9199 dash. im really stuck any help is appreciated

No, its not possible. The only way you could get these to run on your 360 is if it was Jtagged.

Your console is not jtag hacked, thats why you can not see anything you are transferring. If you look in the memory management screen you will see them showing up as corrupt.
