I'm guessing you got a RRoD and you have to print off whatever it is. Print it off and then take the console with what you need to print off to UPS or where ever they tell you to take it (if they specified). Tell them to pack it up for you, they charge between 5 - 15 dollars, obviously show them the paper and they'll put that on there too, that's all they really need. They'll ship it off and you get it back when its "fixed" from Microsoft.

Can you not just go in to a supermarket over there and get some empty box's?

They have them near the checkouts at the one near me for people to take.
