    I don't think there is such gpu in the wild. I think you did a mistake there somewhere.

    I also have the 7950. Mine's a 3GB GDDR5 one though. Although, GTA IV runs only at medium settings with around 55FPS average with a decent amount of stuttering, although it should be able to run at High/Very High without any problems at all.

    from what ive heard on the net GTA IV is a very poor port on pc when infct any 7950 should be able to run literally every modern game on ultra cause i can run bf3 on ultra and it only uses about 1GB of video memory

    Yeah it is. I had to change commandline.txt to get it playable with minimal stuttering to this:
    -noprecache
    -memrestrict 3145728000
    -restrictApp 0
    -norestrictions
    -availablevidmem 40.0

    I think it's just because GTA IV doesn't support cards with over 2GB properly. :/
