This guide assumes you have read the Insane Nutters post and have downloaded the Relevant software

    See that post Here> https://digiex.net/guides-reviews/c...60-kernel-dashboard-12611-fbbuild-0-11-a.html

This is my first Tut and i may have made the odd mistake, if so let me know and i will correct it

    First open up fbBuild_0.1.zip

Extract to a Folder on your desktop (i use winrar)

Within that folder open up the DATA folder.

Now open 12611.zip and extract contents to that data folder.

Download 360 Flash tool v 0.94 (google it)

Open Flash tool and hit settings then keys
Enter your CPU key in, then close the pop up box and go back to the main screen
Click the button on the top left and browse to your original nand image. All your data on the right should now be displayed.

Now click extract on the bottom and check KEYVAULT and CONFIG in the pop up window

Hit ok and then select to extract this data to a new folder on your desktop.

You should have two files in the new folder called Kv.bin and Smc_config.bin

You need to copy those 2 files to the MYDATA folder within the fbBuild folder

Once you have them copied there open up the CPUKEY.txt file and input your Cpu key on the first line, overwriting the dummy one in and save it.

Now open up SMC PACK and extract the smc.bin for your motherboard type to MYDATA folder.

    Rename this file to smc.bin

You should now have SMC.bin, SMC_CONFIG.bin, and KV.bin in the my data folder
    And the CPU key

Now go to the main directory of fbBuild and open up 1BL.txt and change the dummy line to

    DD88AD0C9ED669E7B56794FB68563EFA

You now are ready to build your image

Open up Command prompt and navigate to the correct folder

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\fbBuild or wherever your fbBuild folder is

Then you need to run this command

    fbBuild -c (MB type) -d mydata updflash.bin

So mine looked like this, > fbBuild -c xenon -d mydata updflash.bin

this will create your updflash.bin in the root directory of fbBuild

It will prompt you that its complete
You can now use the updflash.bin to flash this to your Xbox
Either use Flash360 (i did) or a nand flasher or through Xellous

This worked on my xenon console, i have not tried another console yet but i have a falcon to update too so when i update that i will post more info on how it went

If you add some pictures I'd love it. My jtag will be performing this guide soon. So it would be very helpful.

    have more questions:

step by step following your tutorial
    "First open up fbBuild_0.1.zip"
    ok
Extract to a Folder on your desktop (i use winrar)
    ok
Within that folder open up the DATA folder.
    ok
Now open 12611.zip and extract contents to that data folder.
    ok
Download 360 Flash tool v 0.94 (google it)
    ok

Open Flash tool and hit settings then keys
    ok
Enter your CPU key in, then close the pop up box and go back to the main screen

    ok

Click the button on the top left and browse to your original nand image. All your data on the right should now be displayed.
    ok

Now click extract on the bottom and check KEYVAULT and CONFIG in the pop up window

Hit ok and then select to extract this data to a new folder on your desktop.

You should have two files in the new folder called Kv.bin and Smc_config.bin
from here, i got 3 file (not 2) it is:
    config.bin
    KV_dec.bin
    KV_enc.bin
    log.txt (i didnt count this)

    what should i do next

You need to copy those 2 files to the MYDATA folder within the fbBuild folder

Once you have them copied there open up the CPUKEY.txt file and input your Cpu key on the first line, overwriting the dummy one in and save it.

Now open up SMC PACK and extract the smc.bin for your motherboard type to MYDATA folder.
where is this file came from?
    Rename this file to smc.bin

You should now have SMC.bin, SMC_CONFIG.bin, and KV.bin in the my data folder
    And the CPU key

Now go to the main directory of fbBuild and open up 1BL.txt and change the dummy line to

DD88AD0C9ED669E7B56794FB68563EFA-----> what is this string? from where did it came up?

You now are ready to build your image

Open up Command prompt and navigate to the correct folder

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\fbBuild or wherever your fbBuild folder is

Then you need to run this command

    fbBuild -c (MB type) -d mydata updflash.bin

So mine looked like this, > fbBuild -c xenon -d mydata updflash.bin
so mine will look like this: fbBuild -c jasper -d mydata updflash.bin isnt right?
this will create your updflash.bin in the root directory of fbBuild

It will prompt you that its complete
You can now use the updflash.bin to flash this to your Xbox
Either use Flash360 (i did) or a nand flasher or through Xellous

You did not include this SMC Pack mate, the guide gets a little bit confusing around there... not sure why you need that anyway? Just thought I would let you know.

I think you are describing the same way I updated yesterday afternoon anyway.
