I've been looking for it too. Unfortunately it seems to be very rare, compared to every others distribution carts. In these years I've seen a few copy pop up on eBay for 2/3k € (too much for me). I hope you can find it, and I hope I can find another copy for myself!- AlamosIT

Do you mean you are using a dumped DS rom or an hackrom? If you are using a "legal" DS rom, it should work. Did you interact with the shrine with Pikachu-colored Pichu walking with you?- AlamosIT

They should work. About the Pichu Spunzorek event, you should be able to activate it with every "fateful encounter" shiny Pichu (basically every Pikachu-colored Pichu event, despite the region). I'm not sure about the origin game, did you claim the event directly with HeartGold or you...- AlamosIT

Yes, that is the problem. Y9OP doesn't have the Spanish Wonder Cards so it doesn't work with Spanish games. That's a good solution (I did the same some years ago with GS Ball in Pokémon Crystal). But with III gen games you can either inject original Wonder Cards or use these custom roms that work like official distribution roms. I still hope that in future missing distribution roms known to exist...- AlamosIT
