    Confirmed by a Tweet from Xbox Support, it appears that if you get Banned from Xbox Live then you loose all games tied to that account.

    I tried the first disc on my step dad's PS3 and it played, I haven't tried this other disk. Keep in mind, both discs were used so they probably came from different places.
