Odd Playstation 3 Problem

Hey guys. I am having a problem with my PS3. I recently bought I used blu ray and my PS3 won't read it. It reads all my other blu rays and also my other games. The odd thing is though, I already exchanged the disc once. The first copy didn't work, so they gave me another and my PS3 us reacting in the exact same way. Attempting a read then trying to spit it out. I tried all the blu rays I own and the all play flawlessly apart from this one. Any suggestions?

Just update your PS3. A while back there was a update with new Blu ray capability's. Update 3.70, see :

I am on the latest firmware.

Could be a bad batch of Blu-rays at the store maybe?

Can you confirm that disc does not work in a PC or another device capable of playing Blu-rays?

I tried the first disc on my step dad's PS3 and it played, I haven't tried this other disk. Keep in mind, both discs were used so they probably came from different places.
