    Noted. What can I do to change my installed games to GOD? As I said before, they're on an external USB, and running NXE2GOD on the console doesn't scan the external. Would I need to convert it to ISO and then to GOD? How would I get it to ISO?

    tl;dr, your drive has been flashed with new stock firmware. Your iXtreme firmware mod has been undone. If you have the key saved for it, reflashing the drive is very simple and painless. If not, it's trickier to reflash it.

    Well, first of all, a new 360 DVD drive isn't anywhere near $150, you got ripped off. Second of all, the Kinect dashboard isn't going to do anything to your console. It's recommended you update your DVD drive's firmware so you don't get banned (or rather, less likely-hood of you getting banned)...
