Info on the demo:

People who pick up Ninja Gaiden 3's first print run will get a serial code for downloading an alpha demo of Dead or Alive 5.

The demo, titled "Demo Alpha Version," differs for PS3 and 360 owners. PS3 owners get Hayate and Ayane as playable characters. Xbox 360 owners get Hayabusa and Hitomi as playable characters.

All four characters are available with the games collectors edition. Buyers of this version get the Dead or Alive 5 Demo Alpha Version Premium Edition, which includes all four characters.

Tecmo Koei says that the demo will not be released outside of the Ninja Gaiden 3, however you can download it here at Digiex ;)

How to use:

The demo will work on all Xbox 360's, no JTAG / RGH hack is required now.

The demo must be un rar'ed and the files / folders for the Demo must be placed in the Content\0000000000000000 on the Xbox 360 hard drive, or an Xbox 360 formatted USB memory stick.

You can also create a Content\0000000000000000 folder on a DVD-R, place the demo files and folders here and burn to a disc.

Wow, DoA5 demo already? Aw, it's not playable for me. :-(

Hopefully a public demo's released sooner or later.

If you want the demo for an Xbox 360 that is not hacked you will need to buy Ninja Gaiden 3.

The first print will get a serial code for downloading the alpha demo of Dead or Alive 5.

Depends on the dashboard its on, as for easy most methods are the same so read up and understand it. Its something you need to learn yourself to be honest.

I followed your procedures using a thumbdrive for a memory to play the demo but when I tried to play it on my xbox 360 it says the game is corrupt, any help would be appreciated. also my 360 is modded so i'm pretty sure it's suppose to work

Demo runs great on my retail 360 , see screenshots :

Download Horizon, plug in your 360 formatted USB, open Horizon, go to Device Explorer (Right side, slide menu), click Inject New File, then search for the DOA5 Demo file, should be named D5B24FA66CA2817AD49D6B1567F74B525C344F5D4B, click open & wait till it's copied over into the Demo folder on your USB.

Now you should be good to go ;)

P.S: I'll upload the demo to MediaFire with a size of 176 MB packed. Uploading...

Edit: DoA5's demo is amazing, I can't believe how much better than it is from DoA4 and more easier to play.

Because DoA4 requires the player to learn the combos or otherwise if you're a noob at DoA4 you're screwed 'cos button mashing won't work.
