Here is mine:

1. Halo 4
2. Sleeping Dogs
3. RE: 6
4. Assassin's Creed III
5. Dishonored
6. Hitman: Absolution
7. COD: BO II

I am mostly excited for AC: III



With MTR: Revengeance still remained without proper release date I see 2013 is coming out quite strong with GTA 5, Tomb Raider, DmC, Bioshock: Infinite, God of War: Ascension, Last of Us, Fortnite, Crysis 3 and soon to be announced Dead Space 3 and NFS etc.

The top game i'm waiting for is Black Ops 2 - Zombies !!!
 
GTA V is still on a varied release date. Might be the end of 2012 or it'll hold over until 2013. I personally doubt it'll come out this year. Only game I care about that comes out this year is Hitman Absolution. The game looks like it'll be pretty good.
