Note: This Title Update is the last one that works with custom created user songs, so if you wish to use custom created content this is the title update you want. Title updated 5 and any released after that have patched the loophole which allowed custom created content to function on a non modified Xbox 360.

This title update should be placed in Content\0000000000000000\45410914\000B0000 not the cache folder.
