Hi. I have been trying to run OG Xbox GTA San Andreas on my Jtag Xbox 360 but every time a message occur saying "An error has encountered". Other OG Xbox games such as Simpsons Hit and Run and GTA Vice City have been running fine. Only problem occur in GTA san Andreas. Any help regarding this issue will be helpfull.
Is this game on the original disc or has it been downloaded? if downloaded then it could well be a bad copy of the game. A port of GTA San Andreas exists for the 360 just so you know, although I totally get wanting to play the original game.
Its has been downloaded. i have download it from multiple sites but none of them work. All give the same error message. i have tried multiple Xbox Classics and they all work fine. Only problem is GTA San Andreas. I dont have any plugins in DashLaunch and tried to replace default.xbe file but still getting the same error. I do have the Xbox 360 version but its full of bugs. So I wanted to play the OG GTA San Andreas.
Ensure you have the latest Xbox 360 Hacked Xbox Backwards Compatibility updated v5832 from April 2018, its possible you have an older version of the Xbox classic emulator.
I have tried it. Still no luck. Tried running NFS Underground 2 and it ran fine. I have noticed a lot people beside me have this problem with GTA San Andreas.
