I've always wondered if posting rom download, links to the download or even just clicking the download link is illegal? Also, if we discuss things involving roms or the use of roms would otherwise be illegal too?

Hello guys, I'm new here. I have a problem in my Xbox One. More specifically, it has got to do with the home Xbox setting. So, this problem has happened to me before, but apparently it had got fixed by my friend getting Xbox Live Gold. But I don't think that's what fixed it. This is the problem...
