Screenrush works outside UK but the quality of the videos/trailers is just god damn awful to look at.

Sky Players offers a free channel, which is Sky News, it's worth checking out if you've got nothing else to see.

do these norm apps work on freeystyle dash? or even on a jtaged box 14699 ? are they only applicable in NXE?

They only work on Xbox Live, so a retail consoles that has an Xbox Live connection is what you need.
