Before you burn a backup of one of your Xbox 360 games, run it through abgx360. It checks the ISO against an online database of known good discs, tells you if anything is missing or wrong, and can fix the stealth data so the backup matches the original. Much better to find out now than after you've wasted a disc.
Version 1.0.6 handles the AP25 data on the newer XGD3 games, so it's the one you want.

Thanks to Seacrest for keeping this one going.
Newer version: abgx360 1.0.7, a community fork with a working database.

- Run abgx360_v1.0.6_setup.exe to install it.
- Open abgx360, point it at your ISO and start the check.
- If it finds a problem it can usually fix it for you with AutoFix. Run the check again afterwards to be sure.
