Is there any free games i can get for both consoles that aint modded.
Any free xbox or ps3 games.

Free legally:
Aegis Wing
Dash of Destruction
Hexic HD
Totem Ball (has DRM so you would have needed to have downloaded it when it was on live)
Yaris
Free not legally:
Serious Sam 1 and 2 have no DRM if extracted from the retail disc, and injected in to a USB flash drive, however both games are sold so would be piracy.
Alien Breed Trilogy - same as Serious Sam, you can rip the files off the retial disc, inject them in to a memory stick and they play as full games.
There are also a special version of Worms and Geometry wars that works as the full version from a memory card, not really free legally though unless you purchased the memory card with it on.
I think that is everything that will work on a 360 not modded in any way.
