Backwards compatibility on 6717 kernel?

Hi! Just wondering if there is a way to get backwards compatibility running on the old kernel? I used HDD compatibility fixed and used a few compatibility files but nothing worked, just froze up on the xbox original logo when it tried loading the game. Works fine on the modern dash but 6717 it just refuses to run.

Can I get some help with this? Tried reflashing the new kernel and disabling all plugins in dashlaunch then reflashing, still nothing.
