big problem here!! pls help

ok here's my problem,i accidentally instal the new kinect update that you guy's had first on my brand new slim,here's how it happen i left it on my usb stick i did read the warning,but i went to listen to some music i have on my usb stick,promt me to download i sad no,soo when i went to play a game i got this update again i sad hey a game update ? so i choose yes to instal...and bammm i accidentally instaled the update didn't really wry cause i had another xbx to play online with,now today i got accepted in the beta preview program,but my slim won't connet so i can get the update,but on my other xbx i do get the update for the preview program ? pls help what can i do ?? sry for my bad english as i'm all the way from aruba!!

 

its because you dont got it and tommorow ill be uploading the beta 12567 dashboard spo you can access live thanks for asking.

because that one will acces and this one cant because of your console id id update but they never accepted me even though i was first

 

really sry man i don't get what you are saying ? should i download the update anyway's ? i want my slim to get back online do i have to wait till the official release date ? cause i haven't accepted the update yet on my other xbx that can get online ?

 

ok here's the thing: i have 1 xbx that have the 12416 update in it that won't get online,and have another xbx with the old dash that can get online, when i sign for the preview program i did my console id of my slim in it the one with the 12416. now what do i have to do to get the preview program in my slim model that has the 12416 in it ? that's the one i can't sign in with..

 

does the other say to prcede update from xbox live?

ok this is my main problem, is it confirm wether or not the Kinect Dashboard update 12416 posted on here works with this preview program, and if signup allows access to LIVE on consoles with the said update?
