Sorry new at this, so the naming scheme may not be formatted correctly. I am going by gearbox naming scheme of their updates via their website.Wanted to desperately update a banned console. This file seemed no where to be found. So I got off my lazy but and extracted it from my retail console and now for all to enjoy. Tested this as well using system link between retail console and banned console. Worked like a charm.

Forgot to mention my consoles are NTSC -USA

I wouldn't know if they are Region free as I have nothing to compare them too.
 
The game is RF, but the updates seem not to be. People with a European console probably need a different version of the update.
