Burnout Paradise APB: KingzBurnz (a.k.a. Mexican)

In a recent Burnout Paradise session with Nimrod and CurlySteve, we were on the lookout for KingzBurnz. We are in the process of searching for him on the island because we would like to stop him and Nimrod wants to question him about his immigration status. If you know where we can find this man, please let us know.

Sources inside the PCPD (PARADISE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT) say that there is an escaped convict on the loose. This man brutally murdered over 100 civilians. He was givin a life sentence in jail till yesterday when he escaped. This man goes by the name of xzKinGzxBuRnzx a.k.a Mexican and is supposedly heading to Paradise City to finish what he started.

In a recent trip to Paradise City with Nimrod (chief of the PCPD) and CurlySteve (duty chief of the PCPD), we searched on big surf island (KinGzBuRnz hometown) but have had no luck finding him.
