I'm not sure if this is the right section but here we go....
So I was playing combat training on Black Ops and I got a care package. Being the bad player I am I called it in smack in the middle of the battlefield and got shot right after I threw the smoke grenade. Once I respawned it said "Care package ready for deployment" so I tried it again and it let me throw another smoke grenade and I got two care packages.
So basically, get a care package, throw the smoke grenade for the care package, then die, respawn, and throw another one before the helicopter comes to drop the first one off.
I haven't seen this glitch anywhere else on the internet so I guess this is a Digiex exclusive.
