    Hi Guys,

I need some help with getting a game to to work on a Jtag xbox,

Here's the issue, I had a Xbox that could play copied games,
I sold that Xbox, bought a Jtag Xbox, now obviously the copied games don't work.
I can only play games off the Hard Drive.

Now how do I copy that game to the ext Hard Drive so that I can play it again?

    Regards

    Hassen

You could flash the DVD drive in the console so it will read copied discs, failing that you will need one of the LiteOn Ihas drives in your PC to rip the game again i believe. (Rick might be able to help more with that as i know he's up to date on all that stuff).

The ihas drive is for burning xgd3 games 100%.
For ripping any game the best way is to have a xbox 360 benq or liteon drive modded to the 0800 ripping firmware and use xbox backup creator.

Thanks for the quick reply guys,

I'll be dead honest, i dont think i can flash the drive myself,
will probably get someone to do it for me.

InsaneNutter - I saw something on this forum about RXE, will I be able to copy the game directly to my ext Hard Drive when that becomes available?

You will only be able to copy legit games like you can now, any copied games will simply not be read by the xbox without a flashed DVD drive.

Yes, your console should read original games fine unless something is wrong with the DVD drive.

    Ok

Will try it tonight, I'm sure the dvd drive is fine, it reads original movies, I haven't played a Original game on it as yet, only played off the hard drive so far.
