Four games, one folder. Crispy Doom keeps the look of id Software's Doom but adds higher resolutions, widescreen and a few extra options, and its sister ports Crispy Heretic, Crispy Hexen and Crispy Strife cover the rest of the family. This is Crispy Doom 7.1 from the ps5-payload-dev project, with the shareware data for Doom, Heretic and Hexen (DOOM1.WAD, HERETIC1.WAD and HEXEN.WAD), so the first episodes play at once.
Download:
Download CrispyDoom for the PS5
Copy the CrispyDoom folder to /data/homebrew/CrispyDoom on the PS5, then start whichever game you fancy from websrv's homebrew page (http://PS5_IP:8080/index.html) or its Launcher app, with your console's IP address in place of PS5_IP. Each game has its own program, and a setup program too, for controls and video options.
Strife has no shareware data in the folder, so for Strife and for the full versions of the others, add your own WAD files (strife1.wad for Strife).
You'll need ps5-payload-elfldr and ps5-payload-websrv running first. websrv's project page is github.com/ps5-payload-dev/websrv.
