Dashboard Updates

Has MS hidden the files on the HDD cos i have been looking for the dashboard so i can upload it on here. But i cant find it any where on the hdd. I have the new Slim could that be why?

I'm not sure how to get the updates off the hard drive any more, i know it all changed after the 9199 update.

You can get the update by packet sniffing the update process, thats the only way i know how.

You can either check the system partitions or log the update GET requests.

Its annoying cos i used to find them really easy now its quite hard.
