Doax 2 nude patch anyone?

Unless it’s a save game on the 360 it’s not really possible to modify games as it breaks the Digital signature of the game and the 360 will refuse to play it.

Save games can be resigned but I’m guessing such a modification is not currently possible on a 360 game.

The link you included doesn’t work, Its most likely fake though.
