Downloading xbox 360 dashboard / operation system

Hi,
My hard drive with all if my games was stolen, So I have a new hard drive and I need to download a new dashboard / operation system and put my games on it.
Can you please give me a link to one?

The dashboard / os is stored on your consoles flash memory, however you can obtain the missing kinect / avatar data from the system update here: Xbox 360 Dashboard / System Update 2.0.17502.0 presuming it's just a normal Xbox 360 and not a Jtag / RGH.
